March 2022 - Please note that the 2017 TSCB Threshold Document is currently under review and will be replaced by a new 2022 TSCP Threshold Document in the near future. The 2022 TSCP Threshold Document will be written in line with Working Together 2018 arrangements and will incorporate recent changes to the partnership’s Early Help offer, in addition to the newly revised Exploitation Threshold Document.
